About Our Dental Discount Plan
Dr. Gunning of Signature Smiles Dentistry offers a dental discount plan to ensure every patient receives the cleanings and other services they need. Call for current pricing.
We also know how important exams and cleanings are for proper oral health. In fact, they’re so essential to oral care that we include these in our dental discount plan at no additional cost. Our plan features the following services:
- Comprehensive exam
- Periodic exam (2/year)
- Radiographs (1/year)
- Adult cleaning (2/year)
- Child cleaning (2/year)
- Fluoride (2/year)
A new patient cleaning package is normally $384. However, there will be no additional cost to you when you sign up. The plan also provides you with a 15% savings on all other dental procedures within the office.
For convenience, your Signature Smiles discount plan membership will renew every year automatically so you can continue to receive its benefits. If you wish to cancel your plan, a written request is all you need.

Terms and Conditions
The Signature Smiles Dental Discount Plan comes with the following terms and conditions:
- For comprehensive care only
- Not eligible with dental insurance
- Minimum run period of 12 consecutive months from sign-up date
- Start and renewal date are the same each year
- Additional members will have the same start and renewal date as the initial member
- Additional members under one plan must be a spouse or dependent under the age of 26
- Rates are subject to change every calendar year starting in January
- Only refundable within 30 days of signing up
- Non-transferrable
- Cannot be combined with any other offers or specials
- Products not included
